About Trimless Letters
Trimless letters achieve a near-invisible edge where the acrylic face sits flush inside the metal return without a trim cap. The effect is a seamless, floating letter with uninterrupted surface and precise light control. This minimal aesthetic is favoured for premium retail, corporate lobbies, and designer showrooms where refinement matters. Fabrication is more demanding: MK Ads uses CNC-routed acrylic inset with micro-tolerance and aluminium returns, bonded for a seamless joint. Illumination is typically face-lit or halo-lit with LEDs for a soft, even glow that appears to emanate from the letter itself.
